Returns. Returns must be inititaed within 14 days of receiving the item and received within 21 days of the order.

All returns will be processed as a shop credit to your account in the form of a discount code.

When wanting a return, please e-mail shopblueroseboutique@gmail.com with your name, the item, and the reason for the return.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, odor free, and in the same condition that the item was sent initially with any tags still attached.

If we receive the item and it is not in re-sellable condition, your return will not be processed.

Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow use two business days to process your return once it is received.

All sale items, jewelry, and car freshies are final sale and cannot be returned.
